Aerial Swing Yoga
Our Aerial Yoga Swing classes combine classic Yoga postures with the added use of the Yoga swing/sling. The swing is a great tool for tractioning the spine and joints, as well as strengthening the joints by challenging the balance.

Mindful Kids Yoga
It’s never too early to start practicing mindfulness! In addition to fun and energizing movements kids will practice creative ways to center their mind; feel their breath; work with others; and find and trust their individual edge. Designed for kids ages 5ish to 9ish.
Yoga for Back Pain
In our culture back pain is an epidemic, but it doesn’t have to be that way! We specialize in helping those with back pain liberate from chronic and debilitating back pain and injuries, using a restorative therapuetic style of Yoga.
We have more than 20 classes each week that are appropriate for expecting moms. These classes help target areas in the changing body that are especially at risk for strain during pregnancy – like the back, hips, and pelvis.
Private Yoga Instruction
Work on your specific body/mind/life challenges, with one-on-one attention and guidance from one of our experienced Yogis. Great option for an introduction to Yoga, or working through injuries or mind/life challenges.
